Amino Acids are what help us grow. They are a molecule containing amine and corboxylic groups. They have many us in our metabolism. They are basically the foundation of protein. They are found in most meats, milk, most fish, cheese, yogurt, eggs, beans, and nuts. They are the main nutritional factor needed for muscle growth.
